Model access
Only available models can be requested. Catalog and legacy metadata does not promise access, quality, or future availability. Features, limits, and prices are specific to the serving provider route. RProuter does not silently substitute a different model version or private voice.
Usage credit
Credit is denominated in USD and applies to metered API usage. Purchased credit does not expire. Credit purchases carry a 12% platform fee, reduced to 5% with Premium. Requests have no additional platform markup. Fees and taxes do not create spendable credit. Premium is an optional $15 monthly membership and grants no usage credit. Cancellation stops renewal while purchased credit remains available.
Metering and refunds
Requests reserve credit before dispatch and settle from verified supplier usage. Missing usage remains pending for reconciliation. Refunds reverse the associated purchased credit; already used refunded credit may result in an outstanding balance adjustment. Applicable consumer rights take precedence over product rules. Contact the operator to request a refund.
Capacity and availability
No plan includes unlimited inference or unlimited concurrency. Supplier limits, maintenance, and account spending limits apply. Premium receives priority in RProuter’s own queue, with capacity reserved fairly for Standard customers. It does not change upstream token-generation speed or guarantee provider capacity. Published performance is observational and includes its sample window; engineering targets are not service guarantees.
Appropriate use and voice rights
Use the service lawfully and follow the applicable supplier policies for each route. You must own or have permission to use uploaded media and voices. Do not use cloned voices for deceptive impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized representations of another person. RProuter can suspend access for abuse or unresolved billing issues.
Independence
RProuter has its own accounts, API keys, balances, and infrastructure. Separate branding does not imply different ownership. Legal documents and payment records must identify the actual operator.
