Account and billing records
RProuter stores your email, hashed authentication credentials, API key hashes, spending limits, and usage metadata. Payment details are collected by hosted checkout; RProuter retains payment references and financial records for accounting and dispute resolution.
Inference content
RProuter does not log prompt or response content by default. Text and speech content passes to the selected supplier for inference. Each route’s published data policy must match its actual supplier agreement. This notice does not promise zero retention by every upstream provider.
Media and voices
Unused uploads expire after one hour. Accepted jobs keep the uploads they need until processing finishes, and voice processing deletes the sample once the voice is ready; uncertain outcomes retain it until resolved. Generated output is not stored: images stay with the provider, and RProuter keeps the provider’s result link for 24 hours and serves it through a signed link that streams from the provider. Speech audio streams directly. Media jobs keep encrypted prompts only while processing or awaiting reconciliation. Private voice assets remain with the supplier until deletion is completed.
Voice ownership and consent records are stored separately from the audio. Deletion is propagated upstream and its completion status is visible in your account. Only your account can operate on its private voices or retrieve its media results.
Connected apps
When you connect a third-party app, it receives a key limited to the permissions and spending limit you approve. Requests it makes are charged to your credit and listed in your usage with the app’s name. The app only sees your email if you grant the profile permission. You can disconnect an app at any time from Account → Apps.
Performance and research
Timing, model, provider route, request shape, usage, and region metadata support billing, reliability, and performance summaries. Private conversations are not used for quality benchmarks without separate consent.
Cookies and preferences
An essential, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Theme preference uses local storage. This initial implementation includes no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics.
